2019-2020 TUITION AND FEES
TO RESERVE A SPOT FOR YOUR CHILD(REN) FOR THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR, YOU MUST:
1. Have your current account in good standing with a $0 (zero) account balance.
2.Complete and return the attached Application for Admission for Returning Students, 2019-2020 Enrollment Contract and Financial Agreement, and Parent Participation Program Contract.
3. Registration fee must be paid in full. (This includes those who are awarded the opportunity scholarship.)

Tuition Payment Options:
- You may deduct $300.00 from the total cost if tuition is paid in full by August 15, 2019.
- Tuition payments are due the 1st of each month, beginning August 1, 2019, and continuing through May 1, 2020. In the event that any payment is more than ten (10) days past due, a $20.00 late fee will be added.
- Albemarle School reserves the right to disenroll any student if his/her account becomes more than three months past due.
- There is a multi-child discount for K-12 starting with the third child, and those financial arrangements can be made with the Finance Officer.

The registration fee of $350.00 is NOT REFUNDABLE except in the case of military or job transfers before October 1st, 2019. However, if we cannot accept the student due to class size restrictions, the registration fee will be refunded.
When considering new applicants, and providing the applicant meets qualification standards appropriate for each grade level, priority is given to children who have brothers or sisters already enrolled in Albemarle School. Priority may also be given to children whose parents graduated from the school and previous school families returning to the community.
Albemarle School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
*In-house, early registration fees are as follows:

Annual Enrollment Fee: $100.00
Payments: Weekly payments for the program selected above with the first payment being due on the first day of attendance. Each payment thereafter is due on the first day of the week until the child is withdrawn by submitting a two-week written notice of withdrawal or the school session ends. Monthly payments are also acceptable and should be made at the beginning of each month.
Payments not received by Friday of that week will be assessed a $20.00 late fee for EACH week the payment is late.
Accounts past due over 3 weeks will be subject to dismissal. Re-enrollment only if space is available and all financial obligations have been met. Accounts in default of payment are subject to collection action.
